1. Who we are

2. What we collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

• Contact forms & inquiries: name, email, phone, company name, message content.
• Engagement onboarding (KYC): passport, Emirates ID, visa, proof of address, source-of-funds, UBO information — as required by UAE AML legislation.
• Service delivery: financial records, bank statements, tax filings, payroll records — strictly as needed for accounting, tax and compliance work.
• Website usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site (via analytics tools).
• Referral program: name, contact details, profession, payout information for partners enrolled in the RTS Partner Network.

3. How we use it

We use your personal data to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide a fixed proposal
• Deliver the agreed professional services
• Comply with UAE AML, sanctions, tax and other legal obligations
• Communicate updates about your engagement
• Issue and process invoices, including via bank or payment providers
